| Historic District, Pittsboro. Renovation and restoration of 1907 historic building into a pub & office/studio space. The building, located in the Primary Fire District, was brought up to code and made structurally sound. The project included a new storefront, staircases, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and restoration of old windows, interior plaster and wood flooring. | |

| Art Studio renovation. Early 1900's Jewelry store was converted into a art studio with plenty of natural lighting. Mold, asbestos and wood rot were completely removed, and the flooded basement was drained and sealed for artist's workshop. | |
