Colors and Lighting:



We chose bright, rich colors to embrace our heritage and give a fun and happy feeling to the house.

Neutral colors appear to "absorb" light whereas these colors add a dramatic increase in the amount of usable lumens from each light bulb in the house.

We added Floorazzo floor in the sitting room. This is Terrazzo made in a factory in Siler City, NC as tiles. Then using their fusion process on site the tiles are joined together to form a monlithic floor. Floorazzo is using this process in hospital operating rooms to produce a sanitary floor.

Bright colors and good lighting We have low voltage halogen lighting for the picture gallery to provide excellent lighting with only 20watts per bulb. These 10 bulbs use the equivalent of two 100w incandescent bulbs and yet they offer superior and dramatic lighting.
These low voltage lamps do not put off the heat that a standard halogen bulb generates.
