Historic Building: 89 Hillsboro Street, cont.

Storefront restoration : It was important to the building owner, that the storefront be replaced with as close to historic accurate storefront as possible based on remaining masonry work at floor level. When the old storefront was removed, we found the footprint of original storefront!

Original Plaster walls restored

Original plaster walls restored…owner also wanted to comply with historical preservation and they hired a now retired plaster mason, James Paige, to bring these walls back to original quality.
